Pitstop is published by AI Jungle LLC, USA, a Delaware limited liability company (United States), under the AI Jungle brand. Contact: support@ai-agents-pitstop.com.
What we process, and why

What we do not do
- We do not read your conversations with Claude or ChatGPT. Pitstop only receives what the assistant sends through its tools: a note, a search, a request.
- We call no AI model with your data.
- We do not store your IP address. It is only used, hashed, for rate limiting.
- We store no user password. Codes, links, keys and tokens are kept as hashes only.
- No ads, no resale, no profiling.
Legal basis
Performance of the service you ask for (GDPR art. 6.1.b); for security and abuse limits, our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
Where
Data is stored in the European Union (Cloudflare D1, EU jurisdiction). The service runs on Cloudflare's network, close to you.
Processors
Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, database, bot protection (Turnstile), email sending.
Connectors (Claude, ChatGPT)
When you authorize an assistant, we keep that app's registration (name, return address) and its tokens, as hashes: 1 hour for an access token, 30 rolling days for a refresh token. Revoke in My agents cuts access at once. What the assistant does with Pitstop's answers falls under Anthropic's or OpenAI's policy.
Your rights
From My agents, you export all your data as JSON (art. 15 and 20) and delete your account for good (art. 17), search index included. For any other right (rectification, objection, restriction), write to support@ai-agents-pitstop.com; we answer within 30 days. You may complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
Each version is dated. We notify you by email of any significant change.
